RESEARCH SECTION

My research explores the intersection of faith, ethics, healthcare, public health, and lived experience. Drawing on theology, health humanities, and pastoral ministry, I examine how ethical approaches can promote human dignity, reduce health inequities, and support compassionate care.

My work connects theology, ethics, medicine, and public health to address healthcare challenges and advance human flourishing. I am particularly interested in medical ethics, public health ethics, health disparities, immigration and health, social justice, and the relationship between faith and healthcare.

My doctoral research examines the experiences of French-speaking African immigrants during the COVID-19 pandemic. Using qualitative methods and care ethics, I explore barriers to healthcare, social isolation, economic hardship, and the role of faith communities in fostering resilience.

I am also pursuing Healthcare Ethics Consultant–Certified (HEC-C) certification to strengthen my skills in ethical consultation, interdisciplinary collaboration, and patient-centered care.
